Damaged/Defective Items
Our refund policy lasts 7 days, and covers defective items, and damaged in transit items. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Unsatisfied Customer Returns/Exchanges
 Unsatisfied customer requests for ANY reason may request a return or an exchange once receiving their items within 7 days. This policy only covers order under the value of $100 to mitigate scams and fraud attempts. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mad Kandi is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided in the order but are subsequently lost or stolen. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us and we will provide you with the delivery details, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information. You may then use this information to contact the shipping company and investigate any issues with delivery.
Please note that Mad Kandi is not responsible for any misdeliveries or thefts that occur after the package has been delivered according to the official courier tracking, unless the issue was caused by a mistake on our end. If you believe that an error has been made on our part, please contact us to discuss your options. In most cases, we will require the item to be returned to our warehouse before issuing a refund. Please be aware that we do not offer free returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our end. By placing an order with Mad Kandi, you agree to these terms and conditions.
